What a delightful walk down memory lane! I loved the 4th also... parade, carnival, fireworks. It was marvelous. My dad was very strict and we didn&#39;t get to do much - sometimes the parade. I guess he didn&#39;t seen any purpose in what we thought as fun things. As an adult, I got to experience my childhood July 4th dream-day many times... and I took my kids with me :o)

Wonderful memories. The double popsicles are a memory of mine from going to the beach when we lived in CT.
