Yup, thirty one pounds GONE! Yay for not lugging that around on my butt! Dr. Wacks was so happy! I was too. He was able to cut my meds again too. My blood pressure was low! Yes you read that right, low! And he cut it in half five weeks ago. My goodness, if that's not incentive to go on I don't know what is.
Then the lunch with the girls was peaceful and good and at canasta, are you ready? I won $17.50, an all time record for me.
The cleaning team people called and rescheduled for Sunday so I still don't know what they will do but I will tell you when I know. It's a company called Royal Maids that came recommended from my MahJong gal Carol. She uses them too. The franchise that she uses doesn't come to my area though but there was one nearby.
And now that's all I know today. Hope your Friday is tits. I know mine will be.

Yay you! Especially for lowering your meds. My mother has had hers lowered and 2 completely taken away. She's been losing weight, but not on purpose. Hers was worrying about my Dad mostly.

Congratulations Bee. 31 lbs. is amazing. I bet you really feel great. I think I'm going the opposite direction. When I bought my new suit, I had gained a great deal of weight. This Christmas really messed me up because I really enjoyed Christmas.
I'm starting to feel a little better. My coughing is slowing down. How is Charlie doing? Mary Lou and I are organizing our materials for the cruise. Well I have to go now my lovely friend.

Congratulations on all of that weight loss. I like the idea of measuring it in butter sticks. It helps keep it real. You would never want to sit down and eat 31 sticks of butter and that alone should help you want to keep it off! Excellent work!
