It's true but I don't believe it yet. He is gone, it was very peaceful. More to follow. Thank you so much for making his final days loved and surrounded by friends and family.

Dearest Bee, I am so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. Paul emailed to let me know. My heart goes out to you. You had 44 wonderful years together. Mike has been gone 6 months today. When did Charlie pass on? They are together in Heaven now. You 2 experienced a Life of Love! He was a great man. Both Mike & Charlie served their countries in Vietnam and are both to be commended for their heroism. I will be thinking of you in the days to come, and will be saying some Special Prayers for you to get thru this time, and to go on. They say time heals all wounds. Charlie was a unique individual - I saw this news from Duck's post on Facebook and, of course, it was Charlie pole dancing.
I will always remember him from the Transatlantic Cruise - sadly, we never got to see you again, but the last three years have been a joy keeping up with the two of you.
