So many beads, so little time!
Well Monday shines upon us again. I have been beading my fingers off!
Sarge has his scan today and we see Dr. Green on Thursday but I am pretty sure it's all good. He has been active lately playing cards and doing some things by himself that he hasn't done in a good while.
It's been hot. I love that. Hot is good to me. It would be perfect if there was any cake in this house. Maybe Sarge will take me to the store later today and we can get some since he's all done that hi protein diet for the scan now. Wouldn't that be lovely?
You know that big tv Sarge bought? Well I can see all these blemishes on people's faces now and I don't like it. It is really bothersome. I think I need to move my chair further away from it. And that thick looking greasy looking lipstick all those Fox gals are wearing these days really creeps me out. I just don't like that either. I even emailed one of them but she never answered me.
I'll try to stop complaining about stuff now. It's petty of me and I don't like it when I do that. It's time to smile now. (smile)
Anyone have any fun plans for Memorial Day? The official start of summer in our world, right? Of course the day means lots more than that doesn't it? There is a party at our club but I don't know if we are going or not yet. Sarge says it's up to me. It's pretty expensive for a hot dog though! Well they have lots more than hot dogs but that's what we'd eat.

We are going to our private island (the one with many members, not just our island) for the weekend. We'll fly all the military flags along with the U.S. flag at the very top. We spend the weekend thanking our servicemen and women. We do that every year. Lots of good food and lots of fun times as well.
I love all your bead work. You really do a beautiful job.
I know things are going to be okay with Sarge too and I'm so very happy about that. Not as happy as you, but pretty close.

We're breaking out the travel trailer and going camping next weekend. I'm pretty sure we'll freeze our butts off! Today was a nice day in Montana and it was ony 68 degrees. Warmest we're had this spring.
I wish I could say exciting plans were in store for me for Memorial weekend, but I am pretty sure there will be just a simple meal on the grill with family and friends. :)
I will be hugging a few veterans for sure. ;D

Good morning! Our holiday weekend plans so far include a CF Fundraiser and a cookout at my dad's, complete with suprise pony rides for the kids. He's rented some for two hours. I can't wait!!!
Roscoe goes to the watch shop today... has to get his ticker checked. har har har . I have had the blues all weekend, but for another reason that I will not be blogging about. (sigh) poor me
I'm sure there will be some vet hugging, food, fun, and boating going on next w/e. And cake! We are celebrating Will's 3rd bday on Sunday.

Hi def is unforgiving. Me thinks those hosts need a lot less makeup and something specially formulated for the camera.

Today has been a busy one for me. James was not feeling well and had me worried all day. Took the cat to the vet, went to have my teeth cleaned where they found a cavity, oh bugger. Went to work, ran to Walmart during my lunch, then back to the vet, one more stop, then home. Now it's time to kick back and catch up with my friends.
This weekend I am hoping my daughter and son in law get to come visit from Wichita. Then we will probably have a get together with most the kids. That will drive me crazy...haha. I am very thankful for all of my family and friends though.

Good evening Bee. I've been ill all day long with a sore throat, cough and sneeze. Finally at this time in the night 09:30 I'm starting to feel a little better. Oops Mary Lou just yelled at me that a small raccoon came up to the screen door to say hi. Hell I don't want any raccoon around this house.
In Canada today is called Victoria Day. What bothers me is that this special day is no longer special it seems. As the stores are open and there really isn't much maybe a small celebration not like in the past.
Well I have to get some sleep. I might be playing golf tomorrow but I doubt it. It has been raining constantly throughout the day. Ciao my friend.

I wish it would get hot here (south Orange County, CA) but it hasn't yet.
We are going to Las Vegas for the holiday weekend. It's suppose to be hot there! :)
