Weekend updates and other stuff...

Look closely. Click on it to make it bigger if you need to. Do you know what you are looking seeing? It's the space shuttle, Endeavour as seen taking off from our balcony the other day. I forgot to post it, sorry. I know it's hard to see but it's there, I promise.

My Aunt Jane has discovered my blog. Tell her hello everyone! She is my favorite aunt and I am not just saying that because I know she is reading this. Ha ha. She knows she's my favorite, I tell her that always. She is a redhead! Cute as a button. And she is going to learn how to comment too.

So I went to look at paint colors and brought home a bunch of them to study. I have not made a decision yet and that is not like me, I usually just see a color and say "that's it" and that's it! Not this time. I am leaning towards beige and a light olive green for the accent wall, sort of sage color, but no decision yet. With the white furniture and beige tile floor it's like a blank canvas staring at me.

We are having lunch with Chuck today, he's coming over after church and we are going to go eat out and he wants to go to the WalMart to pick up some things he needs. He still does not have his drivers license back but that is fine, he is managing fine without it.

That's about all that's news around these parts. Hope your Sunday is tits, I know mine will be...

Hello Miss Bee and Aunt Jane!

Thank you for the shuttle picture. We will be in Canaveral in February and are very excited that the shuttle is scheduled to launch then.

Good luck with the paint search. I always find that the color on the chips is much more intense on my walls. So after the episode with the banana yellow bathroom, I find the color first and then tone it down. I have had pretty good luck since.

Have a lovely lunch with the family. We are off to go kayaking in Mystic and eat fried clams (yum).

Cheers,
Roma :)

Hello, Aunt Jane!

I finally convinced my laptop to see the wireless signal. Everything seems to be uphills this weekend. Ack!

I'm going out to breakfast and then back to the flooring. My back is killing me. I may be getting to old for this. Seriously.

Enjoy lunch with Chuck!

Wow, thanks for showing the space shuttle. Here where I live we will never have the chance to see it in the sky. How's Bubbles been? A redhead ah. Those redheads are something else. Ha,ha,ha. Blondes are great. Ever since MaryLou changed her hair into a blonde, Va-va-voom. Have a great day Bee.

After all that I will be going to his AA meeting, he has a speaker tonight that I have know from day one of his new life, that is a lot of years now and a success story from drunk and addicted to a business man with a new wife and children, I am looking foward to this evening.

I see it, I see it!

I think a light sage green would be really pretty.

Hi, Aunt Jane and welcome!

My vote is for the sage green. Olive colors need to stay on olives and go in the tummy. Just sayin'.

Aaaww to seeing Chuck today. Enjoy. Big hugs, honey...

I see a white strip that I guess is the shuttle!

I'm like you, Bee. I take no time at all picking things out, once I'm ready to buy. No patience!

Glad you are going to see Chuck today. Enjoy your Sunday! We're headed to an antique car show.

Wow the space shuttle, how cool Bee. I am fascinatd by the space program, and even though our economy stinks I hope we can afford to keep it all running.

By the way HI AUNT JANE!

Welcome to blog world, Aunt Jane!

Yay for lunch with Chuck.

Did you know you can get little test sample containers of paint to try right on the wall. I've seen them on tv, kind of better to visualize then holding up those tiny sample squares. But I am sure whatever you choose will be tits.

Bee,

There are lots of magazines out there that show you sample color schemes. That's what I like to look at when I'm trying to decide.

Waving to Aunt Jane!
