Bubbles is in the building...

And a fine girl she is! That is John, the plumber who can be reached at johnlhanley@yahoo.com if you need him. (I get extra credit for saying that! ha ha) There is a plumber, an electrician, a bathroom remodeler, a helper, and two inspectors involved in this party. I think I should serve cake!

By the end of yesterday there was water to the tub but the electric was not finished. They say they will be finished today. Woo hoo!

The mirrored door into the bedroom is broken but they didn't do it. They said they can fix it though. Sarge "sort of" ran his scooter into it but he didn't mean to do it. Poor thing wasn't feeling good that day. Bless his heart.

So at poker I won a little and Sarge lost a little, all together we were about twenty bucks ahead for the night and that almost paid for our dinner. Well, sort of. (smile)

Today is Mah Jong instead of Friday because some of the girls have something else to do on Friday and I am seeing my new doctor on Friday as well. If I like him I will be a patient of a Florida doctor. I'll miss the one in Podunk, I really liked her but things change and I think I'll like this guy. He is highly recommended. He is a Boutique Doctor if you have ever heard of that. I'll tell you more after Friday when I know all the stuff.

Have a great day, remember it's Prince Spaghetti Day! I know I will...

Well, I'm wandering back in. I'm having a heck of a time getting back in the groove, though.
~~~~~I loved hearing the story about your great-grans. Heritage is really interesting and is what gives us roots.
~~~~~Hubman and I also like Lydia! Don't like either of the muscle-bound yahoos.
~~~~~I'll swing back by when I can think straight.
~~~Blessings~~~

Bubbles looks like she is going to be a great friend. Mum sez she would like a friend like that too.
It was very interesting to see your post about your great Grandmother. We do think there is a very strong family resemblance.

I know Avon has a bubble bath named Chocolate Strawberry Truffle. It smells like that too. It would be wonderful in your new tubby. Enjoy, Miss Bee!

Bee,
Enjoy Bubbles, you sure do deserve it! You will need to have a bell next to the tub so when you want cake, Sarge can get it for you!

Hugs ~
Lynn

Bubbles is cute. A boutique doc? Cool! Give him a hundred points for being savvy.

If we end up with a single payor system (heaven forbid!), I'm gonna find me one. Don't want a minimum wage doc managing my health.

Have fun with bubbles. Tell Sarge to get a bumper for his scooter...LOL!

I didn't realize you guys rode the scooters inside the condo! What a hoot! (I figured they were just for outings). Please show us a pic of Bubbles making bubbles :)

Hopefully you will be enjoying Bubbles later today. I'm hoping anyway.

Okay on the new doctor. I've never heard of a boutique doctor before so will await that explanation.

Have a terrific day. Big hug to you and Sarge. :)

That looks like one of those cool tubs with people with mobility issues. I was going to get one installed for my Mom but she died before we could do it. I've seen the ads and they look really great. I'm certain you will both enjoy it...ciao

Yes Bee, you should have given cake and tea or coffee. Also after they were all finished you should have them at the table for a game of poker to make back some of the you had to give to them. Ha,ha,ha. How did you arrive at the name Bubbles? I hope you enjoy your tub ala bubbles. See you.

Paul

Bubbles is a real beauty. Maybe if I ever get back down to FL, I'll take her for a spin! ;D

You enjoy your little heart out with her. Don't forget a nice magazine and maybe candles?

I'm curious about a boutique doc. I think he may be cash or check only? No insurance?
I dunno.

I hope you served cake to your contractors and assorted young guys. ;-)

Now to read today's post.
