Are you flying your "Peace Globe" today? There are hundreds of them in the blogesphere, of course started by the lovely Mimi. I hope you have a wonderful peaceful day. Mr. Whiskers and I shall guard the high seas. If you are lucky enough to be at sea today, know you are safe.
We are having our last Florida day today. The final dental appointment and then Thursday morning we leave. Things have been happening here to try to keep us. It just seems like this year it has been so hard to go north. There are more than you know but I won't go into them now. Suffice to say some days just are better than others.
Sarge and I both won at poker. It was a really fun game too, everyone was laughing and having a great time. One of the best games of the season.
Chuck called and said his job went well and he is fine. For today. But that is two in a row. Not that I am counting or anything. And thanks for all the well wishes and prayers for him. He certainly can use them. I don't know that I will get to see him again before we leave but that is okay. I saw him twice, both briefly and he is where he needs to be doing what he needs to do. By the time he gets back from work he has dinner and this week he has dishes after dinner (for fifty guys with no dishwasher!) and then he has a meeting and curfew. They have really strict rules, they have to. It is a good place. They get up at 5:30 and have their chores and by bedtime they are done! The place is really clean, they do a nice job. They take care of it and have pride in it.
I have so much to do to finalize leaving here and I sit here at the computer putting it off. Must run for now, stay tuned... Oh, and don't forget we are planning to meet two different bloggers on the way. Photos to follow!

It's been an absolutely fascinating journey around the 'net today -viewing so many peace globes, reading many messages and hearing so many songs done in a tribute to the peace efforts. Just fantastic and I'm still far from done with these rounds and it's now almost 1 a.m. here! Sheesh! Where'd the day go anyway?
Peace be with you and Sarge!
Very cool, Bee. I like it. : )
I love this globe!! The seas are in good hands today. Yes they are.
Praying for Chuck as he makes his daily journey to peace.
Love and peace to you and Sarge,
Mimi
