Is anyone in the world watching this trainwreck but me? Sarge and I watch all the reality shows, we can't help ourselves. We are old and retired and there is not much else to do when you are not on a cruiseship!
Big Brother has always been my favorite of all of them mostly because it is on three nights a week. We always rooted for the same one to win. Ours never do win but we have fun with it.
This particular Big Brother run is different. We want them all to lose. I have never seen so many self absorbed nutcases in my life. One is more narcissistic than the next. The father and daughter that do not speak are both on the block this week. I am hoping there will be a twist so they both go.
Heck I even want Julie to go! At least last year we could all watch her cameltoe and get a good laugh, she's not even good for that this time. She is so tan and so thin she is like a piece of melba toast in a dress. With vaseline on her lips. ewwww. She is just gross. I hope they all get together and vote HER out too! And what's up with that big hair?
But you know what? At 8:00 we will both be setting there watching. We just can't help ourselves. It's a trainwreck I tell you. Any thoughts???

I'm nto a big TV watcher. Only shows I watch are LOST, JERICHO and an occasional DIRTY JOBS, HOUSE HUNTERS or DESIGNED TO SELL episode.
the only reality show I watch is "extreme home makeover" and I watch it faithfully...even the reruns!
(I did watch Survivor when "Lex" was on...cause he is from here in Santa Cruz...and I know one of his kids")
Not this summer. Last year I was GLUED! This year, not so much.
I am a HUGE So You Think You Can Dance, Hell's Kitchen, Top Chef, Next Food Network Star, you mostly name it I'm into it, fan.
We've only watched the very first one (usually we're camping or away at this time of the Summer) but we're watching this one since we're home.
I'm sure there must be a couple of normal people in that house, but sadly they don't get much airtime! hehe

Big Brother 8 in England is awful as well. Where do they get them from?

The only "reality shows" I watch are sporting events. Nobody gets voted off, but sometimes people are traded. Or injured.
Ugh. I can't to reality shows (other than sports, as was mentioned before). And this woman host looks ill, skeletal in fact. Ick.
I only see this show on Sunday nights because my dispatch partner watches it and I just don't understand why anyone wants to spend an hour watching a bunch of whiny, self-absorbed, idiots whisper and talk about each other behind their backs.
I'm not sure if they put out a casting call for egotistical people but that's certainly what they've got. You're right - it's a train wreck and who can look away from one of those??

I love to watch Big Brother. I must say that I think the "America's Player" guy (I don't remember any of their names just yet) is pretty fun to watch. I don't think he's that self absorbed. But, the HOH girl this week is HORRIBLE! The episode with her picture being so bad was too funny. I wished someone would've told her that she looked in the picture just like she does in real life. Does she not look in a mirror?! *LOL* It'll be interesting to see how the veto plays out tonight. :)
Now you see why I don't watch television. There are more important things to do. I'll cross my fingers that they will all be voted off just like you want. :)

Julie Chen looks awful this season! Her head looks twice as big as her ittty bittty body - like a barbie doll. Ick.
Jen is a snot of the worst sort! "Jenius" and all the other tee shirts. I have to admit I like the two guys that were taking a drink everytime she said "I." I was cracking up! The body builders - don't like 'em. Jessica, with her valley girl voice drives me nuts! Daughter needs to gain about 25 lbs = she looks like shes anorexic! I kind of like the pretty black girl. But I haven't made up any real people I like yet. Jen and Jessica are on my top list to GO!!!
Nope...not a Big Brother addict. I am, however, addicted to all things "Reality Bravo"..."Project Runway," "Top Chef," "Shear Genius." And to think I vowed, once upon a time ago, never ever to watch any reality TV!
Oh...and don't expect Julie Chen to be booted off. She's married to Leslie Moonves, President and CEO of CBS Television!
I never saw 'Big Brother' in the time it has been on...I never felt a need to spend my time on people I expect to not like...
Every year i say i am not going to watch it almost every year i do. Big Brother and Extreme Makeover Home Edition are about the only "reality" shows i watch. And everyone can be jealous, i get to go see Ty in person tomorrow for move that bus. They are filming about 20 minutes from here.
Reality shows...
Fishing: "I'm not even fishing, I'm watching fishing! That looks like a big one." (Who writes that dialogue anyway?)
Golf: "clap, clap"
I saw Big Brother once. I guess I just didn't get it. Seemed like a bunch of mean people, not nice like you. I will be crossing my fingers that they all get voted off like you want...
I always hate them all in the beginning! I always think this is the worst cast and the worst yet! But, I often am proven wrong and I hope the same will happen this year. I do like Evil Dick...don't know why, he seems really overbearing and a know it all, but I just like him.
Wow, all the hate for Julie Chen, lol, almost as much as the houseguests themselves. I think its funny, she always pisses them off so bad, yet they're so nice to her face. Overall i think it was a great season, although it got sooo boring in the last 2 weeks especially, they really should liven it up and do things to keep us entertained!
